What a PAC code is

A Porting Authorisation Code is a nine-character code that lets you move a mobile number from one UK network to another. Ofcom rules require every network to issue one within a minute by text and complete the move within one working day.

Get the PAC from the SIM we send

Put the SIM we post you into any unlocked phone and text PAC to 65075. The network replies with the code and the date it expires (30 days).

Give it to your network

Log in to your current network’s app or call them, choose “bring my number”, and enter the PAC. Your old number is replaced by the VIP number the next working day. Your tariff, contract and handset do not change.

If it stalls
